I dunno how they will be but I hope It will help a tiny bit atleast

1st all to make any Gif / Graphic you shall need Photoshop

(Note : These are all Portable Photoshops .Extremely easy to use .Don’t need Keygens .All .rar files .Just extract and install)

To Make “gifs” from videos You will need Apple Quicktime Player 7.1 version or higher

To make video clips for “gifs” you need Kmplayer

Photoshop only takes .mp4 or mov files . So you’ll need the video to be converted into the formats mentioned
